Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Customized or final sale items are not eligible for returns.


Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label for either USPS or UPS.

  3. Securely package the item(s) and attach the return shipping label provided.

  4. Drop off the package at your nearest USPS or UPS location, depending on the label you receive.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.

  • Returns are processed within 2-3 business days after the package is received.
